The site

This is a personal engineering portfolio. Case studies, metrics, and resume history describe work I have done. They are not an offer to recreate that work for a fixed price, and they are not legal, lending, or financial advice.

The site is provided as-is. I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent California law allows, I am not liable for damages that come from reading or using the site.

Services

The services page is an invitation to talk, not a statement of work. Any paid engagement needs a separate written agreement that covers scope, fees, intellectual property, and confidentiality. Until that exists, sending a message through the contact form does not create a client relationship.

Your messages

If you send a message through the contact form or email, you ask me to receive it and reply. Do not send secrets, credentials, or anyone else's personal information. How that data is handled is described on the privacy page.

Site content

Unless a page says otherwise, the writing and design on this site are mine. You may link to it and quote short passages with attribution. Do not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or reuse case-study writeups as your own. Client and employer names appear as nominative references to work I shipped; those marks belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes about the site is in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.
